Summer

Summer Time is here oh yes. If you know me at all, you know I freaking LOVE summer. It's the time of year for swimming in the morning, the afternoon, and if you are lucky at night with the lights on! Sitting on the back porch listening to music,wearing shorts and flip flops. An added bonus is a summer time nap! mid afternoon after a day outside! Home made Ice cream!! Going on vacation! That equals all kinds of sea food! Fun outfits! Sleeping late! Are we happy yet?

I Pad 2

Well the Birthday Boy scored big. The Ipad 2 has landed in this house and it's freaking awesome! Apps alone are sooo cool.  I like that you can put movies, games,music and anything you want on there. And there are learning tools also. Sometimes it's good to be 7.

The Kindle

Ok, I did my research on the Nook the Kindle, the kindle fire and went with the middle of the road Kindle. First off, it's basic black and white and most magazines are for the kindle fire from the store. So far not so impressed. It may grow on me. As I intend on reading 50 shades of Grey this weekend, it should be interesting.

I may have grown into an adult finally!

A lot of stuff happens to us as we get older that they don't tell you. Up keep on your home is quite expensive, your kids grow up way too fast, the sense of humor you thought everyone had seems to disappear, grey hair, the list goes on and on. Basically shit happens to all of us, but without laughter what have we got? I mean at the end of your worst day something funny can change all of that. No one told me how much fun it is to watch your child play a sport! It's true entertainment! Making decisions that make you happy, seem to make other people think there is something wrong with you or it could be their  own insecurities. Any way, I am today happy, still have my sense of humor, have a little more faith in people and can still do the Robot. :)
